Services WEIGHT LOSS Firstly, we don't offer instant crash diets! In fact we believe these to be a risk to ones health, the body perceives that process as 'starvation', resulting in reversed effects once the diet plateaus i.e. gaining back the weight you lost. With regular exercise, commitment, and good nutritional habits, weight loss can easily be achieved and sustained through gradual changes in fitness and nutrition. We will guide clients through various training techniques that are proven to help burn fat and increase lean muscle. OUTDOOR TRAINING Outdoor training is very effective for improving your Aerobic fitness while burning fat at the same time. Training outdoors enhances your motor skills (balance and agility) on rough terrain, and is just as effective, if not more as gym workouts. Adding variety into your workout is another fun way to achieve the fitness level you always desired. BOXERCISE One of the most effective ways to exercise is through Boxercise. Boxercise combines a cardio workout with a conditioning workout to help you increase your fitness and stamina, lose weight and tone up all at the same time. Nutrition and Lifestyle Nutrition is an essential part of keeping a healthy lifestyle. Your body is your vehicle for life and your most valuable asset. We teach you to consider what fuel you feed your body and how that impacts your life. One of our abiding core philosophies is the importance of a dietary regime that compliments your training programs. · Implement “Basic Dietary Rules” which will help to improve your energy levels and allow you to reach your optimal health and performance · Balance your food intake so that your weight will remain stable and your health and appearance will continue to improve MUSCLE TONE Muscle tone promotes good posture and fewer muscle imbalances within the body. It is a well known fact that the best way to 'tone up' is to incorporate aerobic training to help reduce body fat, and resistance training to help build lean muscle. Reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle will also give extra muscle definition and shape. We give our clients a mixture of aerobic and resistance training that will increase lean muscle tissue and therefore enhance muscle tone.
